How the rink got here
Joe, Seth and Marty met playing hockey at Stony Brook and have run a business together for more than forty years. They never set out to build a rink.
Then March 2020 closed every rink on the Island and kids had nowhere to play. What started as an outdoor sheet behind our office got refrigeration, then a pre-fabricated roof that happened to fit the footprint exactly, then summer tiles. It has been open ever since.
