The portal is where coaches, organizers, players, and parents manage rink slots, waivers, and team information. Getting started with the Flexible Arena Portal is simple:

Looking to get on the ice? Our Pickup Hockey Games are open to all players and free of charge.
To keep the Arena available and fair for everyone, we ask that all visitors respect these guidelines:
Yes. All costs associated with the Flexible Area are underwritten by Flexible IT.
Youth hockey teams, travel teams, school teams, first responder teams and mens league teams.
If you Coach or Manage a team you can Create a Team. Once approved, you will be given access to the rink booking calendar. The calendar allows for one slot per week.
The rink is 65 ft x 130 ft.

All players must wear full hockey equipment, including a helmet with a face shield. Coaches must wear a helmet at all times.
Thanks to our new roof, the rink can be used in any weather conditions. It must be below 70 degrees to hold ice.
