How to Sign-in to the Portal
All Players MUST have a signed waiver to skate at Flexible Arena. Youth Skaters MUST be Signed up by a Parent before arriving at the rink.
For Youth Skaters + Parents
After logging in, you will enter the dashboard where you are able to fill out waivers for your kid(s).
Once completed the waiver will show up as pending
To view the Status / Details of the waiver click on it
When the waiver is approved it will show up as green. Upcoming events will appear in your dashboard scheduled by your teams coach.
For Adult Skaters / Assistant Coaches

Is the Ice time free?
Yes. All costs associated with the Flexible Area are underwritten by Flexible IT.
Who can use the Flexible Arena?
Youth hockey teams, travel teams, school teams, and first responder teams.
How do I request an Ice slot?
Your on-ice coach / team organizer needs to sign up on our website. Once approved, you will be given access to the rink booking calendar. Please book only one slot per week.
What are the dimensions of the rink?
The rink is 65 ft x 130 ft.
Do you rent out the ice for private functions?
No.
What equipment is required?
All players must wear full hockey equipment, including a helmet with a face shield. Coaches must wear a helmet at all times.
Is the ice skateable on rainy or warm days?
Thanks to our new roof, the rink can be used in any weather conditions as long as the temperature is below 70 degrees.
What if the Ice time want is booked?
If the Ice time you are looking for is booked for multiple weeks in advance, please call our support number (631) 815-1719
